📝 Workshop Rules & Safety Guidelines (FAQ)

🧍‍♀️ For Children

  • Arrive on time and be ready to sing and have fun!

  • Treat fellow participants with kindness and respect.

  • Listen carefully to your instructors.

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and singing.

 

👨‍👩‍👧 For Parents & Guardians

  • Please ensure your child is signed in and out by an authorised adult.

  • Inform us of any medical or special needs before the workshop.

  • Photography or video recording during workshops is not permitted, to protect all children’s privacy.

  • Parents are welcome to join end-of-workshop mini showcases when applicable.

 

🛡 Safety First

  • All RAYMATIK staff are Enhanced DBS Checked.

  • We follow a clear Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy.

  • Workshops are held in safe, secure venues.

  • Emergency contact information must be provided before the start of each session.
